When Rose first came to me, to the layperson's eyes it seemed as if she was doing just fine - energetic, friendly, a little anxious perhaps. But I knew that this was a woman who had undergone trauma that had changed her behaviour - it was clear that Rose had 'people pleasing' down to a fine art. She had undergone trauma within bureaucratic systems over many years, which consistently threatened her existence as she knew it. She had come out the other side but not unscathed. It was crucial to help her return to a place of physical, mental and emotional safety. In the process, she rekindled something that she had forgotten just how important it was to her - aligning herself with the energy of the Goddess.

Rose's story
'I endured a series of traumatic experiences that overwhelmed my ability to cope. Care practitioners and authority figures whom I approached for help dismissed it. For several years, I felt silenced and suffered a deep emotional wound, what I can only describe as an injury to my soul. Andrea was the first person to listen and validate my experiences. She is a remarkably kind, wise and trustworthy person.

I saw Andrea for Energy Sessions and Soul Retrieval. Her insights and guidance were eye-opening and always right on. With her help, I was able to untangle these burdens and to understand myself more deeply than before, both in relation to the trauma and in my life as a whole! Soul Retrieval was a gentle experience that I will always treasure, and which will provide a lifelong source of precious self-knowledge and strength.
